Brandy Cove Dear Neighbour,

Planning permission has been sought for a two storey house in the Rickfield. This is where the stables and caravan are near the entrance to the lane to Brandy Cove.

Planning Application: 2023/1576/OUT

Other developments have followed the same insidious path of 'just a single house'. Once the precedent has been set, just one more won't matter and so on. If the stables (and horses) have gone and a house has been built, there will be little to prevent the remainder of the field and the one opposite from being developed and the green space lost for ever.
